1. Acceptance of these Terms
These Terms govern the TrueHumidity™ mobile applications, website and related services provided by Stevan Ethir. By using TrueHumidity, you agree to these Terms and any mandatory rules of the store or platform through which you obtain the app.
2. Purpose of TrueHumidity
TrueHumidity provides general weather and environmental information, including relative-humidity interpretation, actual air moisture, dew point, vapour-related metrics, evaporation-related information, visibility, forecasts, radar or precipitation information, alerts, widgets, comparisons and explanatory calculations.
3. Weather information and no accuracy guarantee
Weather observations, forecasts, radar information, calculations, location labels and environmental interpretations can be delayed, unavailable, incomplete or inaccurate. Conditions can change rapidly and providers can revise or interrupt data.
TrueHumidity does not warrant that weather information, calculations, alerts or notifications will always be complete, current, uninterrupted, error-free or suitable for a particular purpose.
4. Not for safety-critical decisions
TrueHumidity is intended for general informational use. It must not be relied on as the sole source for emergency response, aviation, maritime navigation, medical decisions, industrial safety, military activity, civil-protection decisions or other safety-critical operations. Follow official authorities and appropriate professional sources where safety is involved.
5. Location services
Some features require device location or a place selected by the user. Location availability and accuracy depend on hardware, operating-system permissions, network conditions, satellite availability and third-party mapping or geocoding services. A displayed city or local-area label is informational and can occasionally be wrong.
6. Third-party services and data
TrueHumidity may rely on Google services, Apple services, OpenStreetMap/Nominatim, weather and radar providers, notification, billing and advertising infrastructure. Those services remain subject to their own terms, licences, availability rules and privacy policies. Provider attribution is available on the Data & Sources page and, where supported, in the app or API.
TrueHumidity does not acquire ownership of third-party data merely by displaying, transforming or contextualising it.
7. Free, Premium and feature availability
TrueHumidity may be offered in Free, Premium, subscription-enabled, ad-supported or ad-free forms. Feature availability can differ by platform, edition, store configuration, subscription state, region, provider coverage or technical availability.
Features may be added, removed or reorganised when reasonably necessary for product development, security, legal compliance, provider changes or technical compatibility. Where mandatory consumer law requires advance notice, a valid reason, a remedy or a right to terminate because of a material adverse change to an ongoing paid digital service, those mandatory rights remain available.
8. Purchases, subscriptions and free trials
Paid features and subscriptions are processed by Google Play on Android or Apple’s App Store on iOS. The price, billing period, taxes, trial details and commercial terms shown by the applicable store or purchase screen at confirmation control the transaction.
Auto-renewable subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled through the applicable store before renewal. Deleting the app does not itself cancel a subscription. TrueHumidity does not directly control store billing, refunds or store-account eligibility.
If a free trial or introductory offer is displayed, eligibility, duration and post-trial price are governed by the offer presented by the store. Restoring purchases may require the same store account that originally obtained the entitlement.
9. Advertising and rewarded access
Some editions may display banner or rewarded advertising. Rewarded advertising may temporarily unlock a feature only after the required ad-completion event is successfully reported. Ad availability is not guaranteed and may depend on region, consent, network access and inventory. Premium or ad-free access may suppress ads where that is part of the edition.
10. Intellectual property and ownership
Except for third-party materials, TrueHumidity original software, source code, architecture, interface design, branding, logos, graphics, written explanations, arrangement of content, documentation, original calculations and visual presentation are owned by Stevan Ethir or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws.

11. Restrictions
Except where applicable law expressly permits otherwise, you may not copy, republish, redistribute, sell, sublicense or commercially exploit proprietary TrueHumidity software/content; systematically scrape protected backend output; circumvent technical protection or entitlement controls; or imitate protected branding in an infringing way.
Nothing in these Terms restricts rights that cannot legally be restricted, including mandatory rights relating to interoperability, consumer law or copyright exceptions.
12. Acceptable use
You must not intentionally misuse the app or backend, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with service operation, exploit vulnerabilities, overload network resources, submit malicious traffic, bypass rate limits or use the service unlawfully.
13. Availability, maintenance and changes
TrueHumidity may be updated, maintained, temporarily unavailable or discontinued. No uninterrupted availability is guaranteed. Changes may result from technical constraints, provider changes, legal requirements, security needs, platform requirements or product decisions, subject to mandatory consumer rights described above.
14. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the developer is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses arising from reliance on inaccurate, delayed, unavailable or incomplete weather, environmental, location, advertising or third-party information, or from temporary service interruption.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where applicable law does not permit exclusion or limitation.
15. Mandatory consumer rights
If you are a consumer, you may have mandatory rights under the laws of your country or region. These Terms do not waive, exclude or reduce rights that applicable law says cannot be waived, excluded or reduced. Store refund or cancellation rights may also apply under the applicable store rules and local law.
16. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland, without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rules that may apply where you habitually reside. Mandatory jurisdiction rights available to consumers remain unaffected.
17. Privacy
How TrueHumidity handles personal and technical data is described in the Privacy Policy.
18. Suspension or restriction of access
Backend or service access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary to protect the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, enforce these Terms or respond to a material security risk.
19. Changes to these Terms
These Terms may be updated when functionality, business model, store requirements, providers or legal obligations change. The current version remains available at this URL with its latest update date. If mandatory law requires notice or specific rights for a material contractual change, those requirements apply.
